Today is labor day....and labor means work...so yup, I'm working today!!!

  I'm
looking at the bottom two pictures here and two things come to mind. #1
Why are the fans tearing down the goal post? It was ARMY! This is a
team that has a losing record every year and makes apparences in ESPN's
"Bottom 10" which is a joke football ranking the bottom schools in all
of America. ASU has never made that list. We were expected to win. I
was actually hoping to win by more than what we did. #2
Did Arkansas fans really think they had a shot of beating USC? What
were... (more)

Before we get

better. And if one is "so much" better than the other, is he so much
better that he deserves tons of credit whereas noone mentions the other
guy? Take a look at the numbers and just think about it for a second or

This is all I have to say about Trevor Hoffman....

  Thanks
for blowing it for the NL. Thanks for losing home field advantage for
the NL World Series representative. Way to lower that 10+ ERA in All
Star appearances. I was going to trade for you from JJ, but now all
trades are off. Sorry JJ, I am not allowed to have this guy on my team
now.

  another topic that saddens me...

    Back
in the 1970s Ted Turner started beaming his Braves team over the air
and was even given the monikor "America's Team" for a while. It got to
where they aired 150 games a year and had... (more)

So I never update anymore....thats fine...I don't like doing it
anyways. Here is what my update will be for this time. A bunch of
pictures. That is easy to do...and it takes up room and makes it look
interesting.

A picture of my cat that stays at my parents house, Callie. Look at the width of her. And the evil stare.

This is honest to God what I do at work a lot of the times....

I have always liked Cara and Elizabeth...now I like them even more =)
...until they decided to climb on top of my car....

I wonder who put window chalk on my windows... (more)

Well, to end "Rolly's" suspense...yes the answer to the riddle was that it was daytime. Come on Rob, just use your own name.

Speaking of Rob, congratulations! Jill and Rob are having a baby. Yes, this means I will be an uncle. Uncle Steve.

  Fun
week ahead. July 2-5 I'll be sitting in The ATL with my dad, JJ and
Worm watching two horribly struggling teams. Who would have though the
Braves would be in last place and the Cards are losing 8 strait games?
These two teams should be 1-2 in the league.

  On
the Braves again, everyone noticed and talked about Anthony Reyes'
start... (more)

Matt Cain almost threw a no hitter last night. Does anyone realize KENT MERKER has thrown TWO, yes TWO no hitters in his career. Kent Merker. So has Bud Smith, Jose Jimenez and Eric Milton. Peter Munro and Kurt Saarloos were involved in a combined no hitter. Apparently the term "any given Sunday" applies to baseball too.The FoHoYoBlo has hit a Braves-like losing skid, losing 3 strait and slipping out of first place. We have lost to three teams we could have, and should have, easily beat. It seems like there is a lot of stuff going on in my life, yet nothing is happening. Its weird.... (more)

The Braves are
sitting 12 games behind the Mets. Everytime I see that, I cringe, but
then I remember the 93 team that was 10 games out on July 22, and ended
up winning the division on the last game of the season. Will it happen
again? Too early to tell, but if they keep playing they way they do
now, it wont happen. A run of 14 has been nice. Maybe they can shoot
for the Wild Card which they are only 7 out. According to Dan Ryan, no
matter what, they will win the division. "It's guarenteed...It may take
David Stern becoming commish, moving the Nationals back to the Expos
and... (more)

This is for Amber, who told me to update... A shout out to Juliet! And sorry, I have no P&D pics this time around, but thanks for reading...

    Anyways,
today is 6-6-06, which is probably a good thing for seeing how it seems
as if Satan has been on my side the past couple of weeks, messing
everything up. Things should continue as normal.
Did you know the fear of 666 is called Hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia?
I'm dead serious on this one, look it up. And for those of you who
would say "I knew that" you are lying. I would love to see some of

If you watch the above images from your seat in front of the computer, Mr. Angry is on the left, and Mrs.Calm is on the right.

Get up from your seat, and move back 12 feet, and presto, they switch places...

It is said this illusion was created by Phillippe G.Schyns and Aude Oliva ! of the Univ. of Glasgow.

This proves that we may not be seeing what's actually there, all the time...
